This facility will allow you to submit your photo and tribute for all types of BMDCA yearbook submissions.
You will need to submit a new entry for each category of yearbook page. These include Top Winners, Top Producers, Special BMDCA Award Recognition and "New Titleholder" pages. Please see the Instructions page for more detailed information.
If you have already submitted an entry for the 2023 yearbook and want to modify that specific entry, please click the button below. Note that if your dog is eligible for multiple pages, you need to submit each one separately. You will then be able to modify each entry separately.
